We used Agim in several projects in the years 2010 to 2013, including two Victorian property refurbishments. The one project involved substantial alterations, including an extension to the property. The property was gutted, and all floorboards, ceilings and a large proportion of internal walls removed and replaced with modern insulated materials. Underfloor heating was installed throughout, and a new kitchen and bathroom installed. All electrics, plumbing, windows and doors (internal and external) were renewed.
The builder worked to the Architect’s and structural Engineer’s drawings, plans and specifications and closely with Haringey’s planning officers and inspectors. His work was completed to a high standard, and delivered on time and to budget/quote.
Another project the he completed in this time was a flat refurbishment, which included stripping out and renewing a kitchen and bathroom, removing windows and casements and supervising the replacement of these with modern double-glazed units by a sub-contractor. Wiring and plumbing was renewed. Gas piping was renewed and redirected to a new re-sited gas supply unit.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Agim for building work which involves construction and alterations to Victorian housing such as we have in Haringey, North London.
